The Seed
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;” Philippians 4:6 NKJV
As you start to ask and request from God on your expectations in this new year, Don’t allow anxiety to make you challenge God in your prayer by tellingHim or recounting the numbers of your request that didn’t come through in the past year, don’t tell God or dictate to Him what to do with your life. This kind of prayer request can not be answered by God. Rather God appreciate our ability to thank Him for everything He has done for us and in anticipaon of receiving more from Him, the scripture admonishes us to go to God through the thanksgiving way, thank God that His promises for you will come through and that by His grace you shall attain fulfillment this year.
Prayer
Holy Spirit I invite you to teach me how to lay my request before God in this new year with thanksgiving in Jesus name. Amen
