THE SEED
“These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are abomination to Him: A proud look….” Proverbs 6:16-17.
If you want to establish a relationship with someone, it is good to find out the likes and dislikes of the person. You will like to do or give the person what he or she likes and avoid what he or she detests. An employee will not want to keep doing what his employer has warned him not to do. Naturally, you will not want to do what your spouse sees as offensive to him or her. Having a proud look is one of those characteristics that God detest. It comes with being arrogant and pompous. Having no regard for authority or to anyone. Is a situation where one sees himself or herself above every other person.
Does this describe you or do you believe you tend to have it when you are rich and famous? You need to watch out and repent so that you will not be working against your creator. Because, according to the scriptures, ‘God resist the proud, But gives grace to the humble’.

Bí o bá fẹ́ ní àjọṣe pẹ̀lú ẹnì kan, ó dára láti mọ àwọn ohun tí ó fẹ́ràn àti ohun tí o kò fẹ́ràn. O ni láti máà ṣe, tàbí kí o fún ẹni náà ní ohun tó fẹ́, kí o sì yẹra fún ohun tó kórìíra. Oṣìṣẹ́ kan kò ní fẹ́ máà ṣé ohun tí agbanisíṣẹ́ ti kìlọ̀ fún un pé kí ó má ṣe. Nípa ènìyàn, o kò ní fẹ́ láti ṣe ohun tí ọkọ tàbí aya rẹ ri gẹ́gẹ́ bí ohùn ibínú sí i. Níní oju ìgbéraga jẹ́ ọ̀kan, lára àwọn àbùdá tí Ọlọrun kórìíra. Èyí wá pẹ̀lú jíjẹ́ agbéraga nínú ara, àti ninu ìṣe. Enití tí kò bọ̀wọ̀ fún aṣẹ tabi ẹnikẹni. O jẹ ipo, ti eniyan ri ara rẹ ga ju gbogbo eniyan lọ. Njẹ eyi ṣe apejuwe rẹ, tabi o nifẹ lati jẹ ọlọrọ ati olokiki? O nilo lati ṣọra ki o ronupiwada ki o má ba a ṣiṣẹ́ lodi si Ẹlẹda rẹ nitori gẹ́gẹ́ bi iwe mímọ, Ọlọ́run kọjú ìjà sí agberaga ṣugbọn o fi Ore-ofe fun àwọn onirele.
