THE SEED
Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life. Proverbs 4:13 KJV
Instructions are the set of rules that guide us and keep us in check. As children of God, instructions are God’s will, his tenants and commandments. The ways we can receive Godly Instructions are by listening to the Holy Spirit through the constant reading of the word of God, daily devotional materials, attending Bible study, listening to godly sermons and through Godly counsel from our spouse, parents, friends, children and other godly people around us. The scripture above says that instruction is our life! This means that without the right instructions, we would not be successful in life. So to be wise and live well, we must learn to receive godly instructions and consistently apply them to our lives. When we accept instructions, we grow in the understanding of God’s desires for our lives. Therefore, do not despise the Lord’s process of instruction and training. The Bible tells us that if we go astray from the learning and training process for God’s will in our lives, He will correct us and reprove us. God corrects us out of love. He does not want us to continue in life-damaging attitudes and behaviour. Correction, though sometimes painful, is a sign of grace when it is taken.
Remember, only fools reject correction

Awọn ọna ti a le fì gbà awọn ìtọ́ni oniwa-bi-Ọlọrun jẹ nipa fifi etí sí ẹmi mimọ, nipasẹ kika ọrọ Ọlọrun lojoojumọ; lilo awọn ohun elo ti a nlo fún ikẹkọ bibeli; nipa gbigbọ awọn iwaasu oniwa-bi-Ọlọrun ati nipasẹ imọran oniwa-bi-Ọlọrun, lati ọdọ awọn obi, iyawo wa, awọn ọrẹ awọn ọmọde ati awọn eniyan oniwa-bi-Ọlọrun miiran ti o wa ni ayika wa. Iwe-mimọ ti o wa loke sọ pe itọni sọna dàbí igbesi aye wa. Eyi tumọ si pe laisi ilana ti o tọ a ki yio ṣaṣeyọri ni igbesi àyè wa. Nitorinaa lati jẹ ọlọ́gbọ́n kí a sì gbé ìgbé ayé rere a gbọ́dọ̀ kọ́ láti gba àwọn ìtọ́ni oníwà-bí-Ọlọ́run; kí a sì máa fi wọ́n ṣé lílò nígbà gbogbo; kí a mú wọ́n wa si ojúṣe nínú ìgbésí ayé rẹ. Nígbà tí a bá gba àwọn ìtọ́ni, yio mu wa dàgbà nínú òye, ati àwọn ìfẹ́-inú Ọlọrun fún ìgbésí-ayé wa. Nítorí náà, má ṣe bu ẹnu àtẹ̀ lú ìtọ́ni Oluwa àti ìdánilẹ́kọ̀. Bibeli sọ fún wa pé bí a bá ṣina kuro ninu ìtọ́ni, ẹkọ ati ìṣètò fún ifẹ Ọlọrun ninu igbesi aye wa. Oun yíò ṣe atunṣe wa yíò si ba wa wi. Ọlọrun máà nba wa wi nínú ifẹ. Kó si fẹ ki a tẹsiwaju ninu iwa ati ihuwasi ti o le ba igbesi aye wa jẹ́. Botilẹjẹpe nigba miran ìbáwí jẹ́ ohun ti o koro. Ami Oore-ọfẹ sí ní, tí a ba gbá. Ranti pe àwọn aṣiwere nikan ni o ńkọ́ ìbáwí.
