‘And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him; …’. James 5: 15
PRAYER is the most sincere way that we communicate with God. It is an action that connects our spirits to God’s, just as energy to our being. PRAYER is not just that, it is also the master key to every situation in our lives, regardless of how tiny or significant the issue is. But what happens when we pray without believing? We are like a double-minded man who is unstable in all his ways. Even the bible tells us not to think that a man who asks while wavering shall receive anything from the Lord. Faith in prayers is very essential. It is not about how many times we pray, but how much trust we put in God when we say our prayers. Usually, when we ask our loved ones for something, probably a gift, and then say, we are not sure if they are capable of giving your request. Likewise, when we ask from God without faith, it shows that we are not ready to receive from him. Faith in prayers is not just an affirmation, it is knowing and holding in your heart that what God says he will do, that is what he will do. No matter how long or delayed it may seem, the thought he has for us is to give us an expected end. He said that when we pray, he will hearken to us, that’s a promise. Therefore, even in the slightest of things, whatever it might be, let us ask of God, believing that he gives freely, without criticism, and it shall be granted.

Adura jẹ ọna otitọ julọ lati ba Ọlọrun sọrọ. O jẹ iṣe ti o so ẹmi wa pọ mọ ti Ọlọ́run, gẹgẹ bi agbara si ẹ̀dá wa. Adura ko wa lasan, o tun jẹ kọ́kọ́rọ́ si gbogbo iporuru ninu igbesi aye wa, laibikita títóbi tabi kíkéré idanwo náà. Ohun ti o ṣe pataki julọ ni pé kini o mṣẹlẹ nigbati a ba ngbadura laisi igbagbọ? Nigbagbogbo nigbati a ba nbeere ohun kan lọwọ awọn ololufẹ wa, boya ẹbun kan ni, lẹhinna ti a si sọ pe, a ko ni idaniloju boya wọn lagbara lati fun wa. Bákan náà nígbà tí a bá béèrè lọ́wọ́ Ọlọ́run láìsí ìgbàgbọ́, ó fi hàn pé a kò ṣe tán láti ri gba lọ́dọ̀ Rẹ̀. Ìgbàgbó ́ nínú àdúrà kìí ṣe ìmúdánilojú lásán, eyi jẹ mí mọ pe, atí ìmú lọ́kàn le pé ohun tí Ọlọ́run sọ pé Òun yíò ṣe.
