WAITING ON GOD

THE SEED

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! Psalm 46:10(NKJV)

Waiting is an action of staying where one is or delaying an action until a particular time or event. Waiting on God can be very challenging and difficult, it can make the devil play on our faith and mind especially when it seems we are stagnant and not progressing. As children of God, we should trust God and remember that God is not man that he would lie, whatsoever he has promised us is what we would receive from Him. God made a promise to Abraham and Sarah that they would bear a son even though they were old and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. This Promise surely was fulfilled even though Sarah had doubts at some point ( the devil played on her mind), Abraham had faith and he was 100 years old when they bore Issac, they waited for 25 years. What God has promised us might seem impossible but we should always remember that with God nothing shall be impossible”. When everything or the situation we are going through seems difficult and impossible, God is there, He is sorting our situations and making a way for us.
