CHRIST’S JOURNEY OF OUR VICTORY AND TRANSFORMATION

CHRIST’S JOURNEY OF OUR VICTORY AND TRANSFORMATION

THE SEED

“Lift up your heads, O you gates, and be lifted up you everlasting doors, and the King of glory shall come in.” Psalms 24:7 NKJV

Jesus Christ was on a spiritual journey that produced our continuous victory and transformation as His children. He was about to complete His task being the second day in the grave to take authority from death and glory to the Almighty Father for giving King David the privilege of revelation to this spiritual journey in Psalm 24 from verse 7, which has helped us from generations to have a bit of understanding of the Lord’s great task to provide us the path of victory that leads to the continuous transformation to set us free from the sting of death and shackles of the grave in hell. This significant journey did not just start on the cross but from the day He accepted the task in heaven to become the Lamb of God, all through to the announcement of His conception to the virgin Mary, to His birth, Ministry, death on the cross, burial, resurrection, ascending to heaven and sitting at the right hand of God to be our mediator. What a complete journey. There is no doubt that Christ’s journey on earth was one of victory and transformation, a journey that changed the course of human history and paved the way for our redemption. Every step of Christ’s life was marked by divine purpose, leading us from death to life, from darkness to light, and from defeat to victory. On this day, it is good to reflect on the significance of this journey and its impact on our lives. If Christ has gone this far to provide us with victory and transformation of life that has reconciled us back to God, how are we walking in this victory to help us daily to transform into the image of Christ?
