THE SEED
“And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed: And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.” – Isaiah 29:11-12 (KJV)
In Isaiah 29:11-12, the prophet speaks of a people who are spiritually blind and unable to understand God’s message. The vision God gave became like a sealed book—unreadable to both the learned and the unlearned. This image illustrates how disconnected the people had become from God’s truth, as their hearts were hardened and their understanding darkened. Knowledge alone, without the Spirit’s guidance, cannot open our eyes to the fullness of God’s revelation. This passage calls us to be mindful of the condition of our hearts and our openness to God’s word. Spiritual insight is not about education or worldly wisdom; it is about a heart that seeks after God and is willing to receive His truth. The Word of God is alive and powerful, but it remains sealed to those who approach it without faith and humility. Let us ask God to open our eyes and soften our hearts so that we may receive His revelation and walk in His truth.

Ẹ jẹ ki a bẹ Ọlọrun lati la oju wa, ki o si rọ ọkan wa ki a le gba ifihan Rẹ ati ki a le rin ninu otitọ Rẹ.
