THE SEED
“But he said to them, ‘It is I; don’t be afraid.’” – John 6:20 (NIV)
Life’s storms can make us feel overwhelmed, anxious, and fearful. Just as the disciples were terrified on the water, we too can be shaken by circumstances. But Jesus reassures them, saying, “It is I; don’t be afraid.” This reminder is powerful no matter what we face, Jesus is with us, greater than our fears. When we focus on Him rather than the storm, we can find calm in uncertainty. Let’s trust the One who controls the winds and waves, and remember His words: “Do not be afraid.” With Christ by our side, no storm can overcome us.

“Ṣùgbọ́n o wí fún wọ́n pé, Èmi ní; ẹ̀ maṣe bẹ̀rù”. Jòhánù 6:20.
Àwọn ìjì ìgbésí ayé lè mú kí o rẹ̀ wa, ki a maa ṣe àníyàn, àti ki a ní bẹ̀rù. Gẹ́gẹ́ bí ẹ̀rù ṣe bà àwọn ọmọ-ẹ̀yìn nínú omi, àwa náà lè ni ifoya nípa iṣẹlẹ ti o bání lẹ́rú ni àyíká wa. Ṣùgbọ́n ́ Jésù fi wọ́n lọ́kàn balẹ̀ pé, “Èmi ni, máṣe bẹ̀rù.” Ìrán ní létí yi lagbara nínú ohunkohun ti a bá dojukọ. Jesu wa pẹlu wa, o tobi ju awọn ibẹru wa lọ. Nigbati a bá gbé ojú wa ró, ti a si ńwo o, ti ki i ṣe pé a nwo ìjì, a lé ni ifọkanbalẹ nínú ai ni ìdánilójú. Ẹ jẹ ki a gbẹkẹle Ẹniti o nṣe akoso afẹfẹ ati igbi, ki a si ranti ọrọ Rẹ pé: “Maṣe bẹru” Pẹlu Kristi ni ẹgbẹ wa ko si iji ti o le bori wa.
