GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME
THE SEED
“We know that in all things, God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 GNT
No matter what we face in life, God’s goodness never changes. Even in difficult circumstances, His love and mercy are constant. We may not always understand His ways, but we can trust that He is always working for our good as believers through Christ.
The opening scripture reminds and reassures us that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose. God’s goodness is active in every season and situation of our lives, even when we cannot see or feel it immediately. This is why it is important to believe in our hearts that no matter what our circumstances are God uses them to weave a story that ends well to our good and glory of His name. Failure to believe this simple logic would lead us to become unbelieving Christians even though we believe that Jesus is Lord. According to Psalm 100:5, the goodness of God is for us to enjoy from generation to generation and forever, not just for a short while in this world, but eternally. His love never fails, and His faithfulness remains constant.
Beloved, let us give thanks to God always and mostly when we don’t understand, knowing that in every situation, He is good. Trusting in His goodness today and always is a better option for us.
