THE BATTLE IS THE LORD’S
THE SEED
“And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.” 1 Samuel 17:47 (KJV)
As believers, we must understand that our battles are not ours to fight alone. We are not meant to rely solely on our intellect, resources, or strength. God is not a backup plan; He is our first and only strategy. David, a young shepherd, faced Goliath with this understanding. While professional warriors cowered, David declared boldly that the battle belonged to the Lord. His faith wasn’t in weapons but in the power and presence of God. Whatever challenge you face, be it physical, emotional, or spiritual, remember that God fights for you. Your victory doesn’t come from striving in your strength, but from resting in His.

PRAYER: Lord, I choose to trust in You completely. Help me walk daily with the confidence that my battles are Yours. Amen.
