WALKING IN GOD’S PURPOSE

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28 (NKJV)Do you know that you were created for a divine purpose? God has a reason and a plan for each of our lives. Romans 8:28 assures us that everything—both the good and the challenging—will work together for our good if we love God and live according to His calling. To walk in God’s purpose means to actively pursue His will for our lives. This includes using the gifts and talents He has placed within us; whether it’s singing, teaching, writing, or serving others; to bring glory to His name. When we use these gifts to bless others, we in turn receive blessings from our Heavenly Father. Recognising our purpose begins with the understanding that God has something specific for each of us to do. We must then ask Him to reveal it and help us walk in it with clarity and courage. Jesus Christ is the perfect
example of someone who fulfilled God’s purpose. Sent to save humanity, His entire life; from birth to death, was centered around teaching God’s Word, offering salvation, and raising disciples. Everything He did aligned with God’s purpose for His life. Let us commit to discovering and walking in the divine purpose God has destined for us.

Ti a ran lati gba eda eniyan la, Gbogbo aye Re; láti ìbí títí dé ikú, ó dá lórí kíkọ́ni ní Ọ̀rọ̀ Ọlọ́run, fífúnni ní ìgbàlà, àti títọ́ àwọn ọmọ ẹ̀yìn dàgbà. Ohun gbogbo ti O ṣe ni ibamu pẹlu ipinnu Ọlọrun fun igbesi aye Rẹ.
