CHRIST THE LORD IS BORN

THE SEED
“For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11 (NKJV)

On this sacred day, heaven and earth rejoiced in unison. The angels proclaimed the good news, the shepherds responded with wonder, and creation welcomed its long-awaited King. The birth of Jesus is not just a story from the past; it is the divine fulfilment of God’s promise, a holy interruption to the profane world, and a fulfilment that changed the course of human history. He came not in majesty but in humility, born in a stable, surrounded by the ordinary. And through that humble entrance, the extraordinary gift of salvation entered the world and our lives, the believers of His redemption ministry. Today, we celebrate more than the birth of a child; we celebrate Emmanuel, God with us. Jesus came to save, to heal, and to restore our relationship with the Father. His birth is not merely a seasonal event but a personal invitation: to receive the peace, hope, and joy that only Christ can give. Let this truth quiet the noise of the season and centre your heart in worship. As we gather with loved ones, exchange gifts, and reflect on the beauty of the day, let our souls remember the greatest gift of all: the presence of God wrapped in flesh, sent for us. Christ the Lord is born; and because He came, everything has changed, including your life! So rejoice, rejoice and rejoice!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Jesus. Thank you for your love that came down to dwell among us. May my heart always make room for Christ, not only today but every day. Fill my home and life with the peace and joy that only Your presence brings in Jesus name, Amen.
