THE POWER OFA JOYFUL HEART
THE SEED
“A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” — Proverbs 17:22 NKJV
A joyful heart is a healing balm. Depression and anxiety weigh the soul, but joy refreshes and strengthens. Joy is not the absence of challenges but the presence of God’s assurance. Joy is a spiritual force that can break the hold of heaviness and usher in peace. When you choose joy, you silence the enemy and open your heart to God’s
refreshing presence. A joyful heart keeps your faith alive even in the storm. As believers, we must choose to rejoice in the Lord even in difficult seasons. Speak good words over yourself, stay in prayer, and let God restore the joy of your salvation.
