HARD WORK BRINGS PROFIT

THE SEED

“In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.” – Proverbs 14:23 (KJV)

God has already made provisions for the good life He promised, but doing nothing is not part of His plan. Just as Donna in the illustration had to stand up to get her food, we must be willing to act if we want to receive. Hard work is the price we pay to walk into what God has prepared for us.

Ephesians 4:28 reminds us to labour with our hands in what is good. God detests dishonest gain, shortcuts, and laziness. When our work aligns with His plan, His blessings flow without sorrow. Diligence, not idleness, opens the door to prosperity.
