THE SEED
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest… For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11:28,30 (KJV)
Every person carries a unique cross. Sometimes, the enemy tries to make our burdens heavier than they should be. But thanks be to God — we have grace through Jesus Christ. The cross reminds us that we are not alone in our struggles. Just as people mocked and celebrated Jesus’ suffering, some may rejoice in your pain. But take it to the Lord. He promised to fight for you and to give you victory. His yoke is easy, and His burden is light when we lean on Him fully.
BIBLE READINGS: 2 Corinthians 4:7–10 (KJV)
PRAYER: Every heavy burden that is making my cross too heavy to bear, catch fire in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
