FROM REPROBATE TO RENEWED
THE SEED
“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind…” — Romans 1:28 (KJV)
A depraved mind is one that has rejected the knowledge of God and chosen to create its own version of truth. It substitutes God’s Word with human opinion, creating a distorted image of who God is. Such a mind gradually drifts away from truth and embraces rebellion. But God in His mercy still calls such hearts to repentance. Through Christ, every reprobate mind can be renewed, restored, and reconciled to God. His Spirit is able to shine His light into the darkest places of the heart, breaking strongholds of deception. Beloved, guard your heart and mind with the Word of truth. Keep God at the center of your thoughts so your mind remains sound and your spirit aligned with His will.
Reflection: A mind anchored in God’s Word cannot be easily deceived.
BIBLE READING: Romans 1:24–28
PRAYER: Father, keep my mind anchored in Your truth. Deliver me from every form of deception and renew me daily. Amen.
