WHEN CHILDREN PRAY
THE SEED
“And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? Fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.” Genesis 21:17 (KJV)
When Hagar and Ishmael were stranded in the wilderness, her cry was full of despair. But it was the voice of the child that moved heaven. God heard Ishmael’s cry and sent immediate help to rescue them. This story reveals the power of children’s voices in the ears of God. Their innocent faith and pure cry can draw divine attention in ways we may not expect. Their prayers matter to God. Beloved, don’t underestimate the faith of children. Encourage them to pray with you, for your family, and for the church. Their prayers can unlock miracles.

Nígbà tí Hágárì àti Íṣímáẹ́lì wà ní aginjù, igbe rẹ̀ kún fún ìbànújẹ́. Ṣùgbọ́n ohùn ọmọdé náà ni won gbo ni ọ̀run. Ọlọ́run gbọ́ igbe Íṣímáẹ́lì, ó sì rán ìrànlọ́wọ́ lẹ́sẹ̀kẹsẹ̀ láti gbà wọ́n là. Ìtàn yìí fi agbára ohùn àwọn ọmọdé hàn ní etí Ọlọ́run. Ìgbàgbọ́ aláìlẹ́ṣẹ̀ àti igbe mímọ́ wọn lè fa àfiyèsí Ọlọ́run ní ọ̀nà tí a kò lè retí. Àdúrà wọn ṣe pàtàkì sí Ọlọ́run. Olùfẹ́ ọ̀wọ́n, má ṣe fojú kéré ìgbàgbọ́ àwọn ọmọdé. Rọ̀ wọ́n láti gbàdúrà pẹ̀lú rẹ, fún ìdílé rẹ, àti fún ìjọ. Àdúrà wọn lè ṣi iṣẹ́ ìyanu sílẹ̀.
