THE SEED
The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart… Psalm 34:18
God has established a rule for Himself regarding who He should walk with and be near. He declared that those with shattered hearts and a contrite spirit will experience His closeness. When Jesus remarked, “My soul is troubled for the harvest. Although there are many workers, there is a large harvest. So, ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out labourers into His harvest in your prayers” (Matt. 9:37-38). He noticed the crowd, the time, and the need. The fact that time was running out crushed his heart. Our hearts will transform as we start to live out God’s Word. We’ll adopt Jesus’ perspective on people. As he did because to the injustices, we will also be hurt. We’ll show compassion for the neglected, lonely, abused, and abandoned. We shall weep for those who are dying without him. We will be moved by his desire to reach the entire world. A life of constant humility and meekness results from a broken heart. A heart that expresses regret for sins has a contrite spirit. These two characteristics are very important to God, thus anyone who professes to want to hear from God or be close to God should strive to cultivate a gentle heart and a contrite spirit. Dearly beloved, as Christians, it should hurt our hearts to witness individuals who have not repented, who do not live according to God’s Word, and who are unaware of the passing of time. Brokenhearted people are used by God!
PRAYER
Create in me a clean heart and help me to live without sin.

Olùwà mbẹ létí ọdọ àwọn tí iṣẹ onirobinujẹ ọkàn… Psalmu 34:18
Ọlọrun tí gbé alakalẹ̀ fún ará Rẹ nípa ẹnití yíó bàá rìn tàbí tí yíò wá ni àyíká Rẹ. O fi lé lẹ wípé àwọn enití o fa ọkan wọn ya tí o sì ni irora aya ní yíó ni ìrírí wiwà pẹlu Ọlọrun. Nigbati Jesu sọ pé, “Ọkàn mí gbọgbẹ̀ fún ìkórè, Bi o tilẹ jẹ pé alagbaṣe kò to nkan, ìkórè púpọ wà. Nitorina ẹ gbàdúrà sí Olùwà ìkórè kí o le ran àwọn alágbàṣe sinu ìkórè rẹ”. (Matt. 9:37-38). O ṣe àkíyèsí awọn èrò, àkókò àti iṣe . Nitoripe akoko ti o nkọja mú kí ọkàn poruru. Àwọn ọkan wá yíó yipada, nigbati awa bá bẹrẹ sí gbé ninu ọrọ Ọlọrun. A o gba èròngbà Jésù sí àwọn ènìyàn, nitori bí o ti ṣe sí àwọn tí a dá lẹbi a o pa wa lára. A o fi ikaanu hàn sí àwọn tí a kọ sílẹ, awọn ti kò l’ẹnikan, awọn ti a rẹ jẹ ati awọn ti a gbàgbé. A o sọkún fún àwọn tí o nkú lọ l’ai ni Kristi. A o ni igbona ọkan lati polongo ihinrere ka àgbáyé. Igbe ayé ìrẹlẹ igbagbogbo ati sùúrù máa njẹ yọ nínú iwo palẹ ọkàn. Ọkan tí o máa nní ikaanu fún ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ ní o ni ìrora àyà. Àwọn àmúyẹ méjì yí ṣe pàtàkì sí Ọlọrun, nípa ẹni tí o fihàn pé òún nfẹ lati máà gbọ láti ọdọ Ọlọrun, tàbí láti sunmọ Ọlọrun; irú ènìyàn bẹẹ níláti la kàkà lati ní ọkàn tútù àti ìrora àyà. Ayanfẹ, yíó jẹ ohun ẹdun ọkàn lati rí eniyan ti a wàásù fún, ti ko sí ronupiwada , ti ko gbé ìgbé ayé tí o ba ọrọ Ọlọrun mú; ti ko sì mọ pé àkókò nkọja lọ. Awọn ti o ni iwopalẹ ọkàn ni Ọlọ́run máa nlo.
