A PARTNER IN PROGRESS
THE SEED
“For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.” — Acts 17:28 (KJV)
Life is a journey filled with uncertainties, but as believers, we are never alone. I recall a personal experience that strengthened my faith in God’s
faithfulness. On September 31, 2021, I embarked on a journey. By October 5, I was traveling with two others under the guidance of our director. The journey was long and filled with challenges, and at times, fear crept in. At one crucial point, we reached a bridge. After crossing it, our director suddenly informed us that he could no longer continue with us. He had guided us thus far, but now he was tired. Handing us his contact information, he told us to call him when we reached our destination. At that moment, I felt abandoned and uncertain about the road ahead. In my helplessness, I turned to God, my true Partner in Progress, and He came through for me. Today, I testify of His faithfulness. This experience serves as a reminder that while people may walk with us for a season and reason, only God remains constant. Friends, family, and mentors may leave or fail us, but God never will. Walking with Him not only gives us direction but also reveals our true identity and purpose. Since He is our senior partner in this journey, our responsibility is to trust His leading, knowing He will guide us safely to our destination. As God leads us, He also calls us to impact the lives of those around us. Just as He led the Israelites to the Promised Land, He alone can bring our dreams to fulfillment. Let us remain faithful partners with Him, knowing that with God by our side, we will always reach our divine destination.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to trust You as my faithful partner in progress. Lead me through life’s journey, and may I never stray from Your path. Amen.
