”Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.“ Hebrews 10:23 ESV
The unwavering virtue of faithfulness in every season of our lives is worth reflecting on from time to time. In times of joy, when we are dazed by God’s goodness in His acts towards us, don’t let it become common that we see it as our entitlement, let us be faithful in gratitude to God; in times of challenge, don’t fall into the trap of the enemy to make you murmur against God and think that He has forsaken you to face all your problems alone. Let us be faithful in endurance; and in times of uncertainty, when we don’t know or understand where we are, what to do next and have no clue whatsoever, let us be faithful in trusting God. God is faithful in all His deeds. He is in control of the nature that goes through seasons, and so do our lives, God can make all situations, circumstances and all seasons of life work in our favour at His time, but through it all, let our faith be the constant anchor that guides us to be faithful in our relationships, our endeavours, and, above all, in our connection with the divine.
