Becoming An Achiever

THE SEED

“Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.” Ecclesiastes 11:4 NIV

To become an achiever of a great venture in life, we need to be able to work through thorns without being discouraged. Some brethren are fond of giving excuses for their lack of
engagement with prospective ideas that can bless them. According to the scripture above, if you want to plant, the wind should not be seen as an obstacle to getting it done, there will
always be wind and others are achieving. Nothing is designed to come by easily. We need to do whatever we have to do with hard work and focus. This is the lot of human beings created by God. But the advantage we have as believers in Christ is that all things have been simplified for us to achieve through the death of Jesus Christ and our acceptance of the grace of God. But still, we have to go out there to experience the challenges with the mind of having God with us to give us favour and make things work out for us with less effort. So being in God’s family doesn’t mean that we would be spoon-fed.

PRAYER

Lord, help me to live a disciplined life so that I can be an achiever of good things. Amen
