BEWARE OF EVIL THOUGHTS

THE SEED
“Whoever is pregnant with evil conceives trouble and gives birth to disillusionment.”Psalms 7:14 NIV

Evil thoughts to oneself or another person should not be entertained in the life of a child of God. Every act of sin starts with the entertainment of evil thoughts in one’s mind. Being pregnant with evil means that you allowed the evil thoughts that the enemy drops on your mind to stay without using the authority you have in Christ to banish them immediately. This may have originated from your unfavourable situation or wanting to take revenge on someone who offends you. When evil thoughts are being left unattended in one’s mind they take root and begin to expand until they consume the person that is entertaining them. No human doesn’t experience evil thoughts, being a child of God doesn’t excuse you from this experience, but as children of God, we have been given power and authority to cast our every evil thought and bring them under subjection to only carry out the will of God. Entertaining evil thoughts will lead one to plan mischief and it will make one to the lie that you are doing the right thing. It’s a great trap! Beloved, no evil executor will go unpunished before God, and they always get back the evil they have done. But remember that it all started with allowing evil thoughts to have space in your mind.
