Care For Your Body And Soul Daily

THE SEED
After all, no one ever hated their own body but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does to the church. Ephesians 5:29

Biblically, our body is the temple of the almighty God. He cherishes our body and wants us to nourish and care for it. This care includes the physical and spiritual care. Physical care is our normal daily routine, body care and security consciousness. Good and well Balanced diet should not be left out, with lots of vegetables and fruits. While the unseen care are the ones that can only be felt such as self-love and Happiness. Self-love is the love one has for himself or herself. We should appreciate God always for we are wonderfully and fearfully made after the likeness of God. Be happy with yourself even when things are not at the level of your taste. Be grateful for whom you are, by so doing you will grow and glow like a tree planted by the river side. *Read and study the word of God, at least a chapter daily and meditate therein. Listen and pay attention to the word of God when it is being preached to you. Be the doer of the word and not the hearer only. Recount every of your daily endeavor Search yourself at the end of each day and see if you are still in the Lord. Make corrections of every mistake, sinful act and spoken words before going to sleep. Our body and soul will be unto the glory of God if we give necessary and proper care to it.
