EMBRACING GOD’S GRACE

THE SEED

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

The opening scriptural verse is a humbling truth, acknowledging that we all fall short of God’s perfect standard. It’s a reminder that none of us are without sin, and we all stand in need of God’s grace and forgiveness. However, the good news lies in the reference to God’s incredible love towards us, He didn’t spare His son’s life to proof that He loves us, but sent His Son to redeem us. Through faith in Christ, we can be reconciled to God and receive the gift of eternal life. As we reflect on our imperfections, let’s also remember the hope that John 3:16 offers. It’s a promise of forgiveness and eternal life for all who believe in Jesus. Instead of dwelling on our shortcomings, let’s focus on the grace and love of God that is available to us through faith. In our journey of faith, we are called to acknowledge our sins, repent, and trust in Christ’s redemptive work. This is the path to experiencing the glory of God’s grace and the assurance of eternal life.
