ETERNAL REWARD FOR FOLLOWING JESUS

THE SEED
“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” — Matthew 16:24 NIV
The reward for following Jesus is far greater than anything this world can offer. Gaining the world but losing the soul is a tragedy. Those who choose Christ above worldly gain will receive eternal glory. Following Jesus requires daily surrender, but the sacrifice is never wasted. Every act of obedience, every cross carried in faith, is recorded in heaven. While earthly rewards fade, God’s eternal reward remains sure for those who endure to the end. The rich man had riches but no relationship with God. Prioritize the eternal reward that awaits in heaven.
BIBLEREADINGS: Luke16:19–31 PRAYER: Lord, help me to keep my eyes
on the reward that awaits in eternity. Amen.
