God Rewards The Good Done With The Right Heart

THE SEED
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:9-10

What a beautiful piece of advice! The Apostle Paul lived what he preached and because he knew how important it is to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, he is teaching us to do the same, so that when the time comes, we might “reap eternal life.” It is up to us to not allow our feelings to rule our lives and continue to do what pleases God. Sometimes we are tempted to give up on doing what is right when others hurt us and put us down. But only by not becoming discouraged and by continuing to obey God can we make it to where we reap the good results of our work. The enemy does all he can to get us to quit, even until the last minute of our lives. But perseverance always pays of. So, whenever we have the opportunity to help, bless or do something good for someone, especially for another Christian, we should do it. All that we do with the right heart, will bring heavenly rewards, that we will enjoy for all eternity. The more we understand and receive God’s love, the more we can love and bless others. We are all called to help each other in our daily lives, but also to grow spiritually and live right for the Lord.
