GRADUAL SPIRITUAL SIGHT RESTORATION THROUGH FAITH
THE SEED
“The Lord gives sight to the blind, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down, the Lord loves the righteous.” – Psalm 146:8 (NIV)

In Mark 8:22-26, Jesus led a blind man out of Bethsaida for healing in a private and intimate setting. This act underscores the importance of personal encounters with Christ. Jesus removed the man from an environment of unbelief, as Bethsaida had been rebuked for its lack of faith (Matthew 11:21). The gradual restoration of the man’s sight mirrors the spiritual journey many believers experience. Just as physical blindness was cured step by step, spiritual clarity often unfolds progressively as we grow in faith and draw closer to God. This story teaches the importance of separation from negative influences, persistent faith, and personal interaction with Jesus. Spiritual growth requires continuous engagement with Christ, who transforms us at His perfect pace. Let us trust in His process, recognizing that God does not skip steps but works through every moment to restore us to full spiritual clarity.
