THE SEED
“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.” Mark 11:22
Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Faith helps us receive from God. You might be expecting something from God, but have not yet gotten it, do not lose your faith in God, because the Lord is forever faithful to us, note that a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways, hence the repercussions of receiving nothing from God. Some put their faith in men; some put their faith in money. Some others seek the help of Satan to excel in life. All these are vanities chasing after the shadow. God is the only reliable one who would stand by us no matter what, He never fails. The bible says, “If heaven and earth pass by, the word of the Lord will never pass by”. Believe in the willingness of God. Know that God is willing to deliver on His promises at all times. Jesus said, If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” Unlike man or satan, God can do all things. That is why we must believe in Him. We must believe strongly that God has the power to help us out of every situation of life, no matter how threatening or how difficult. Sarah was already in menopause, but God who is omniscient gave her a child in her old age. Is there anything impossible for God to do? Be conscious of the all-powerful nature of God, put your trust and faith in Him, and you will never regret it.
