THE SEED
“And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph ” Luke 3:23
Many years ago, I had an issue with the tax office, and they wanted me to repay some money. I opted for it to be settled in court, and they made up a big case against me. I received the message from the Lord concerning this issue that He would support me and pray with Psalm 24. I also presented the letter to a minister of God during the annual convention program. The minister laid hand on the letter and prophesied that I would not pay them any money; instead, they would pay me back some money. The judge concluded the case and asked the tax office to repay me some money back. The word of the Lord came true. Jesus had been rightly connected to God, who sent him to the world through a particular family from the beginning of this world. God’s hands orchestrated this fantastic plan. The biblical account of Jesus’ lineage is carefully traced to the beginning of humanity. Prophet Isaiah in 9: 6-7 and Micah 5:2 prophesied the birth of Jesus. Micah was specific about the clan from which Jesus would come. Imagine the number of years since Adam existed to when Jesus was born. Has God given you promises about your future or your future generations? Do you still have doubts? I implore you to believe as Isaiah concluded in verse 7 that the zeal of the Lord of Host will perform this and so it shall be for you, just believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
