LOVING YOUR SOUL

LOVING YOUR SOUL
THE SEED
“He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.” – Proverbs 19:8 (KJV)

When you love something, you nurture and protect it. In the same way, loving your soul means feeding it with wisdom from God’s Word and caring for your spiritual well-being. Your soul is precious to God; it is the temple where His Spirit dwells. As you daily fill yourself with Scripture, prayer, and godly encouragement, you grow spiritually stronger. Wisdom leads you to walk in ways that preserve your soul for eternity with God. A wise believer prioritizes their soul’s health above temporary pleasures.

BIBLE READINGS: Proverbs 4:1–13 (KJV)
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, fill my heart with Your Word. Help me to love my soul enough to walk in wisdom and truth daily. Amen
