NO PLACE FOR THE ENEMY
THE SEED
“Neither give place to the devil.” – Ephesians 4:27 (KJV)
In the above scripture, the Apostle Paul warns us not to give any opportunity or foothold to the devil in our lives. Even the smallest compromises or unresolved anger can open the door to the enemy’s influence. Apostle Paul’s exhortation is clear: we must be vigilant in guarding our hearts, minds, and actions, ensuring that we do not allow sin to take root. Temptation often begins subtly, and if we are not careful, it can lead us down a path that distances us from God. Whether through bitterness, anger, or other sins, the devil seeks to exploit our weaknesses. But as believers, we are called to resist him, standing firm in our faith and maintaining purity in our thoughts and conduct. Let us be mindful to close every door to the enemy by living in obedience to God’s Word and walking in the Spirit.
BIBLE READING: Ephesians 4:22-32 (KJV) PRAYER: Lord, help me to be watchful and not give place to the enemy in any area of my life. Strengthen me to resist temptation and walk in Your righteousness. Amen.
