PUTTING ON THE STRENGTH OF GOD

PUTTING ON THE STRENGTH OF GOD
THE SEED
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1 NIV

Psalm 46:1 reminds us that as we journey through life, we must rely on God’s strength rather than our own. God’s strength is divine power that enables us to overcome life’s challenges. Our strength is limited, but when we trust in God, He sustains us. Ephesians 6:10 urges us to “be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.” This requires surrendering to God, renewing our minds through His Word, and equipping ourselves with the armour of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Deborah’s story in Judges 4:4-10 illustrates the power of trusting in God’s strength. Despite overwhelming obstacles, she relied on God’s guidance and saw victory. In the same way, we can find strength by meditating on God’s promises, praying for His help, and reflecting on His faithfulness. Through God’s strength, we can face any trial with confidence, knowing that He is our refuge and ever-present help.
