Seek The Truth

THE SEED
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6”

God’s truth has NOT changed and no scholar has found some secret, hidden doctrine in the Bible that God has for 2,000 years neglected to show to our ancestors! We want to SEEK the truth, KNOW the truth, and ALIGN ourselves to the truth of God’s Word. We cannot change the truth. We can only change our thinking, our behaviour, our attitudes, our choices – and align them with God’s truth. When we do that, we experience life in its fullest, according to God’s original intent and plan. Unfortunately, the religious ones felt that they know best and silence the truth. But being a follower of Jesus means loving the truth wherever we can find it. When science reveals the truth, we should rejoice. When technology or medicine helps us understand our world better, the follower of Jesus has yet another reason to praise God. We can never love the truth too much, but relentlessly following the path of truth will inevitably lead us to the God of truth, and to God’s son Jesus Christ, who said, “I am the truth” (John 14:6). Dearly beloved, since truth exists we ought to seek the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, and share the truth with others. For us who are followers of Jesus Christ, we often seek to avoid lying but sometimes we hesitate to share the truth with others. We forget that the most truthful truth in the world is the good news that God loves the world so much that he sent his Son Jesus Christ to die for us so we could find forgiveness and restoration with God.
