THE SEED
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. John 7:38
This image of living water is an important feature of the ministry of Jesus. Living water is the symbol of salvation, the truth about God, the true knowledge of God, Jesus and the holy spirit. It is the word of eternal life and the message of salvation. In the opening scripture, Jesus explains that He is the one who truly brings living water into the world. To drink from the living water that Jesus gives requires belief in him. Jesus is the Giver of Life and the Source of Life. Just as no life on earth can survive without water, neither can the soul survive without Jesus. Jesus in you becomes a river of “living water”. The Holy Spirit fills your thirsty soul and fills you with all of the goodness and mercy of God. He overflows your soul with blessings and springs up from within your soul as a river that will wash you, cleanse you and make you whole. Dearly beloved, the power of living water gives life and blessings. God is the source, the fountain of living water for His people, Jesus is the giver of living water. The River of Living Water is flowing right now! It has come to you and to me. It’s flowing all over the earth as the presence of the Lord and the outpouring of the Holy Ghost is happening in a multitude of places. We are in the time of the Former and the Latter Rain falling together bringing forth the greatest harvest of all times!
