THE POWER OF JOY

THE SEED

“A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” — Proverbs 17:22 NKJV

Joy is a powerful weapon against depression and despair. Life brings seasons of sorrow, but the joy of the Lord strengthens us to rise above. True joy does not come from external circumstances but from the indwelling presence of God. It is not dependent on what is happening around you but on what Christ has done for you. Even in trials, joy lifts your spirit, keeps your heart grateful, and releases divine strength to keep going. Joy is a testimony that God is bigger than your storm. Speak life over yourself, rest in God’s love, and let His joy overflow in your heart. Joy brings healing, strength, and renewed hope.
