Voice Of The Lord

THE SEED
The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty. Psalms 29:4

“The voice of the Lord is mighty; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty” the psalmist declares. In the text from the Bible, we can clearly hear that mighty, majestic voice. Without
mentioning their own free will or casting any doubt on his ability to carry out his promises, the Lord here speaks about folks coming to him, confessing to him, and obeying him. “I have sworn by myself, the word has gone out of my lips in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bend, and every tongue shall swear,” declares the LORD with power and authority. The irrevocable oath that the Lord has made is given unusual emphasis, and he declares that he will never take back the words that have left his mouth. He speaks with the same authority that brought about the creation of light. In other words, he speaks in a heavenly manner, which enables him to carry out his predictions. Man is empowered, brought to life, and given the ability to live for, by, and through the Lord Jesus in the power of His resurrection when he hears the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ and stands up.

PRAYER
Perfect my salvation and make me thine, Oh Lord.
