Who Is Your Pastor?

THE SEED
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth His life for the sheep. But he that is hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catch them, and scattereth the sheep. John 20:11-12

Pastors are meant to be the Anointed of God, consecrated to do the work of the Almighty in His Vineyard, they are to be selfless, not self-centered, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not a bully but gentle, not quarrelsome and not a talkative, have a good reputation among outsiders. So the question is who is your Pastor? Is she or he a wolf that scatters the sheep, creating trouble among the brethren, oppressing them to the extent that the whole congregation is in chaos? Are you confused as to whether to quit the place of worship and don’t even know what to do? Do not worry, the good shepherd that is the owner of the sheep is with you. His presence speaks volume. Since the scriptures have it that we should admonish the chosen ones but not to chastise them, you can intercede and admonish them, if they refuse, remember what Matt. 13:30 says let both the tares and wheat grow together when the time comes God through the reapers will gather them separately. Also for you, just be focused on God, stand firm, try to keep your secrets to yourself, be of good virtue, pray without ceasing, have the belief that God will soon arrest the situation by coming in a Miraculous way to deliver His church from the wolf and grant His sheep everlasting peace all round.
