Worshipping From The Heart

THE SEED
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name Psalm100:4 NIV

Jim Reeves’ song, Trouble in the Amen Corner is the story of an old man whose croaky voice irritated the choir because he sang out of tune. He was asked to stop singing, which broke his heart. He died shortly after and joined the heavenly host in worshipping God. Your worship from the heart is by picturing only you and God together and you are serenading Him with your song of worship.  Heman and Jeduthun were talented men and were recognised for their worship service in 1 Chronicles 16: 41. God gave them the gift and they were under the authority of the king. God desires us to enter His gates with thanksgiving. Jesus said when He met the woman at the well that true worshippers must worship in spirit and truth. Worshipping God with your heart is glorifying God for being God and that is the reason we are created. It is also therapeutic as it promotes good mental health

PRAYER
O Lord, bless my soul and enable me to worship you unhindered. Amen
