THE SEED
“But now the Lord my God has given me rest on every side, and there is no adversary or disaster.” 1 Kings 5:4 NIV
When you have a defined relationship with God, He will surely give you rest in all your ways just like King Solomon. God gave him rest in all his surroundings, he fought no battles because God won all his battles for him. God already promised to give everyone who comes to him rest by carrying their burden. God gives rest to His beloved, he blesses them in all ways just like our Father Abraham, He perfected everything concerning him. God is also ready to do the same and more for us to enjoy rest in our studies, job, business, family, children, ministry, etc. We should just keep following Him and obey His commandments, He told us to come to Him with our burdens, everything bothering us and lay it at the cross of Calvary and He promised to give us rest in all our ways and perfect everything concerning us. He can give us rest just like He gave King Solomon and even more when we keep trusting Him and obeying Him. He knows what we are going through and that this world is full of turmoil and pain, but He will be our peaceful and safe abode.
