“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33 (KJV)
Jesus warned His followers that trials are inevitable, but He also promised peace in the midst of them. Just as foreknowledge reduces fear, knowing this truth should give us stability in difficult seasons. Our response to tribulation should not be panic but trust in Christ’s victory.
We may not control what happens around us, but we can rest in the assurance that Christ has already overcome the world. His peace is greater than any storm. Choosing to trust Him brings unshakable calm in life’s fiercest battles.

PRAYER: Father, thank You for the gift of peace in Christ. When challenges arise, help me to stand firm in Your victory and walk in peace, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
