THE DEVIL IS A LIAR

THE DEVIL IS A LIAR

THE SEED

“When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.” — John 8:44 NKJV

Satan’s oldest and most effective weapon is deception. From the Garden of Eden to today, he has sought to twist truth and make lies look appealing. He even disguises himself as an angel of light to deceive many. The devil has no truth in him. Everything he says is meant to lead people away from God’s Word. That is why believers must be anchored in Scripture and walk in discernment. When lies are exposed by God’s truth, they lose their power. We have authority in Christ to reject every lie and stand firm in truth. Resist him with the Word, and he will flee.

What lie has the enemy been whispering to you that you need to confront with God’s Word?

BIBLE READINGS:  Genesis 3:1-5

PRAYER: I rebuke every lie of the enemy over my life and family. I choose to stand in God’s truth. Amen.
