LET GO AND LET GOD
THE SEED
“The very fact that you have legal disputes among yourselves shows that you have failed completely. Would it not be better for you to be wronged? Would it not be better for you to be robbed?” 1 Corinthians 6:7 (GNB)
Disputes among believers are inevitable, but the way we handle them reveals our spiritual maturity. When we insist on always fighting for our rights, we leave little room for God to fight on our behalf. Scripture encourages us to handle misunderstandings in a godly manner that glorifies God and protects our Christian testimony. If resolution isn’t possible between parties, it’s wise to involve godly elders to help settle the matter. But even if you feel you have not been treated fairly, commit the situation to God rather than retaliate. It is better to let go than to hold on to bitterness and strife. When we choose to surrender our battles to God, He vindicates us in His time. Trusting Him to fight for you is not weakness it is faith in action.
Reflection: When you let go, God steps in to fight for you.
