THE SEED
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
Truth, what is it? An English poet, Robert Browning once said “I yearn for truth, but shall not reach it till I reach the source”. Truth is believing with evidence. Freedom is achievable by the knowledge of truth. But what is the source of truth for Christians? Many people believe in words of mouth from friends and social media. The world is riddled by social media sharing worldly beliefs than the Word of God. John1: 1 says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Tailor yourself towards the real source of truth which is the Word of God, the Bible. Be ready to share the source and lead others to the living water. In John 4, the woman at the well met Jesus and she went to call others to the Source. Are you willing to do so too?
PRAYER
Father, teach me to humbly share the source of truth with others.
