THE SEED
“…And He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will.” Mk. 14: 35 – 36 NKJV
Beloved of Christ, settle this fact in your mind; God is good! And God’s will is the best for you!! It is important to do this because it doesn’t always feel like this is true. Some Christians struggle to pray this prayer because they do not trust that God is being good to them all the time. That is why you see believers, for example, going ahead to marry somebody God has told them not to marry. If God says don’t do something, no matter how attractive that thing is, don’t do it! Because the end will be terrible. Guaranteed. God loves you. Trust Him!
PRAYER
Heavenly Father I trust that You love me. Therefore I trust Your instruction, in Jesus’ name Amen.
