Deep Water Of Opportunity

THE SEED
“When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Luke 5:4

People do say that “I am in deep water”, this signifies that they are in big trouble. But, as a Christian, do you know that you can be in a deep water of opportunity? Jesus saw the scene by the sea as an opportunity for Him. And so, with His sovereign commanding authority, the fishermen were amazed and were ready to follow Him when they saw the results of His intervention. In every situation that seems overwhelming to you, God is ready to bring out a good thing. There is a purpose for that deep water; therefore, be vigilant and prayerful. Don’t sink in that deep water, but rise above the water, swim with the power of God and save yourself. The purpose will surely become visible and clearer, For we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.

PRAYER
Dear Lord, reveal to me the opportunities that surround me even when things do not go the way I want.
