Believers And The Angels

THE SEED
Are not all the angels ministering spirits sent out (by God) to serve (accompany, protect) those who will inherit salvation? (Of course they are!). Hebrews 1:14 AMP

Majority of us have been in different situations where we say “if God had not stepped in at that moment, something unpleasant would have happened”. We say these statements in almost all of our daily engagements and the instruments God uses to accomplish these glorious testimonies are his angels. Angels are God’s special beings that perform different functions, however, primarily, angels are God’s messengers that minister to us because we are God’s heirs. Believers should live with the consciousness that we are surrounded by angels even though we can’t see them and they are always at our service. They have the ability to see, hear, talk, touch, feel, and are submissive to God’s authority. Having the understanding that we are encompassed by God’s messengers who are ready to fight our battles will help us to put our mind at peace when we face difficulties just like what happened to Prophet Elisha, his servant and the Syrian Army. Believers can also engage with their angels. When we pray for God’s protection, we are putting our angels to work. We can speak to angels and see our words manifesting. Some years back, I was far away from home and got the reports that thieves were raiding the apartments near mine. I went on my knees and engaged the angels commanding them to go and guide my apartment in the name of Jesus. Immediately after praying, God opened my spiritual eyes to see an angel standing in front of my apartment with a sword in his hands. Throughout my stay at where I was, there was never any news of burglary. This is one of the things God has freely given us because we are his children.

BIBLE READING: 2 Kings 6:8-18

PRAYER: Lord help me engage the angels surrounding me always.
