ANCHORED IN HIS STRENGTH, RESTING IN HIS PEACE

ANCHORED IN HIS STRENGTH, RESTING IN HIS PEACE

THE SEED

“The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.” — Psalm 29:11 NIV

Strength and peace are two gifts every believer needs to face life’s storms. Strength enables us to act, build, and endure. Peace sustains us, bringing calm even in the face of chaos. God doesn’t just give one without the other—He empowers and stabilizes His people through both.

When life feels heavy, His strength lifts us up. When uncertainty rages, His peace keeps our hearts from falling apart. Jesus said, “In Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). To walk in victory, we must draw daily from His strength and rest in His peace. Both work hand in hand to help us stand firm and flourish through every season.

Reflect: Where do you need to lean more on God’s strength and rest in His peace today?
