BEND IN THE ROAD

THE SEED

“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;” 2 Corinthians 4:17

Most often in life, the end of the road is but a bend In the road. When we feel we have nothing left to give and we are sure that the song has ended; When our day seems over and the shadows fall and the darkness of night has descended; Where do we go to find strength to keep on trying; Where can we find a hand to dry the tears we are crying; There’s but one place to go and that is to God. Remember it is not about having faith in yourself, it is about having faith in God. It is not about losing hope; it is about being patient and hopeful in God. It is about persistence, which activates the mercy of God to bring His comforting Spirit upon you. It is about negotiating both spiritual and physical bend to get the crown that will last forever, and that should be our goal in life as Christians. Let’s rest and relax and grow stronger, Let go and let God share your load; your work is not finished or ended, you have just come to a “bend in the road.”
