DISCERNING OPEN DOORS

THE SEED

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” – Proverbs 14:12 (KJV)

Not every open door is from God. Some opportunities may look good but lead to destruction if they are not part of God’s plan. Many believers have fallen into traps that looked like blessings because they didn’t seek God’s confirmation first.

The devil often creates counterfeit opportunities to distract us from God’s best. Every decision—big or small—must be prayerfully submitted to God. Trusting His guidance protects us from costly mistakes and positions us to walk in His perfect will.

BIBLE READINGS:  Proverbs 3:5–10 (KJV)

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, help me to submit all my decisions to You. Give me discernment to recognize and reject counterfeit opportunities, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
