GLORIFY GOD THROUGH HIS CREATION
THE SEED
“The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork” Psalms 19:1 NKJV
Have you ever wondered where the stars go when the sun comes out? God’s power is demonstrated through times and seasons. We know He made everything beautiful in His time. He does not need to be reminded when to bring out the sun, the moon, and other creations in the sky. Psalm 19:4–5 beautifully describes the journey of the sun, like a bridegroom and a champion. Yet, it still delivers its warmth to the world as God desires. Glorifying God means adoring, acknowledging, thanking, praising, and honouring God for his greatness. Giving honour to God by thanking Him shows we are glorifying God. God is so wonderful that He makes everything beautiful as He reveals it. He is so wonderful and powerful that stars, sun, and moon have their times: sunshine during the day, moon, and stars at night. Everything God created is always praising God because of His greatness and wonderful power. Psalm 19:1–3 talks about these creations in the firmament, glorifying God through their beauty. Apart from the stars, sun, and moon, He created animals and human beings, and we ought to glorify Him too. There are various ways of glorifying God, our Creator when we adore and praise Him through singing, dancing, manifestation of the fruits of the Spirit, joyful acts, etc. Psalm 145 also lists some ways of glorifying God. We can also portray His glory by loving and caring for the other people that He created. He made us stewards of the things He committed into our hands, and taking good care of them shows we glorify Him. When you feel despair and the pressures of life riles you, go out to behold the beauty of His creations. Thank Him for the beautiful world He has given us through His creations, and you will be energised.

Ǹjẹ́ o ti ṣe kàyéfì rí nípa ibi tí àwọn ìràwọ̀ máa ń lọ nígbà tí oòrùn bá jáde tàbí ibi tí òṣùpá máa ń lọ nígbà tí oòrùn bá là? Agbara Ọlọrun jẹ afihan nipasẹ awọn igba ati awọn akoko. A mọ pe O ṣe ohun gbogbo lẹwa ni akoko Rẹ. Kò nílò láti rán an létí ìgbà tí yóò mú oòrùn, òṣùpá, àti àwọn ìṣẹ̀dá mìíràn jáde ní ojú ọ̀run. Oríṣiríṣi ọ̀nà ló wà tá a fi ń yin Ọlọ́run lógo, Ẹlẹ́dàá wa nígbà tá a bá ń sìn Ọlọ́run tá a sì ń yìn ín nípa kíkọrin, ijó, ìfihàn èso ti Ẹ̀mí, iṣẹ́ ayọ̀, àti bẹ́ẹ̀ bẹ́ẹ̀ lọ. Orin Dáfídì 145 tún ṣe àkópọ̀ àwọn ọ̀nà kan láti fi ògo fún Ọlọ́run. A tun le ṣe afihan ogo Rẹ nipa ifẹ ati abojuto fun awọn eniyan miiran ti O da. Ó fi wá ṣe ìríjú àwọn ohun tí Ó fi lé wa lọ́wọ́, tí a sì ń tọ́jú wọn dáadáa fi hàn pé a ń fi ògo fún un. Nigbati o ba ni ibanujẹ ati awọn inira ti igbesi aye, jade lọ wo ẹwa ti awọn ẹda Rẹ. Dupẹ lọwọ Rẹ fun aye ẹlẹwa ti O fun wa nipasẹ awọn ẹda Rẹ, iwọ yoo si ni agbara.
